基于响应面分析的T型接头激光深熔焊焊缝形貌预测及工艺参数优化

为了预测激光深熔焊T型接头的焊缝形貌并优化工艺参数,基于响应面分析的方法,建立了激光深熔焊工艺参数与焊缝形貌特征参数之间的数学模型,进行了方差分析、模型验证。基于所建模型,研究了工艺参数对焊缝形貌的影响规律,并对工艺参数进行了优化,从而实现了对焊缝形貌的预测。结果表明,所建立模型能够准确预测焊缝形貌,预测值与实验值误差很小,经优化的工艺参数既满足焊缝形貌要求也可降低热输入约27%。 In order to predict the weld morphology and optimize the process parameters of laser deep-welded T-joints, a mathematical model was established based on the response surface analysis method, and the variance Analysis, model verification. Based on the model, the influence of process parameters on the weld morphology was studied, and the process parameters were optimized to predict the weld morphology. The results show that the model can predict the weld morphology accurately, and the error between the predicted and experimental values ​​is very small.
