劳资矛盾是社会基本矛盾的直接体现,有效化解劳资矛盾与冲突,促进劳动关系的和谐发展,是社会法治建设的首要目标和根本任务。建构劳资关系协调机制,必须真正建立以劳资利益博弈为主要内容的“三方”协商对话机制;强化作为用人单位的企业社会责任意识;充分发挥管理与服务相结合的政府职能;立足基层建构快速调处劳资争议的联动机制,促进劳资关系的和谐及社会稳定。
The contradiction between labor and capital is the direct manifestation of the basic social contradictions. To effectively resolve the conflicts and conflicts between labor and capital and promote the harmonious development of labor relations is the primary goal and fundamental task of the construction of law and order in society.
