高中班主任是接触学生最多的老师,是把学校与学生连接起来的中间力量。班主任所具有的科学的、恰当的班级管理方法,能够促进高中生和谐、前面的发展,也会成为建立规范的班级制度的依据,能够促进学校建立良好的教学形象与声誉。随着社会与科技日新月异的发展,现代的高中生的思维十分活跃,对于很多事情也越来越有主见。传统的“压制”学生的方法已经无法适应现在高中班级的管理,反而会造成越管问题越多的局面。因此老师要建立新型、科学的班级管理制度,开展恰当的班级管理实践活动。本文从建立和谐融洽的师生关系、重视学生生理心理发展、严格执行管理制度等方面,浅谈高中班主任应该如何开展班级管理工作。
