With the continuous development of social economy, with the implementation of such projects as the Huai River northward transfer project, its water resources regulation and storage function is also becoming more and more important. The geographical advantages of comprehensive utilization of resources will become more apparent. This article summarizes the relevant research in recent years, and puts forward suggestions for discussion based on the dispatch situation.
