作者观察２２例多发性硬化症（ＭＳ）的核磁共振表现，结果提示，ＭＲＩ能早期发现（ＭＳ）亚临床病灶，对提高早期确诊率及判断病变是否处于活动期有很大的帮助，但ＭＲＩ诊断ＭＳ需注意脉冲的选择。
The authors observed 22 cases of multiple sclerosis (MS) of the MRI findings, the results suggest that MRI early detection (MS) subclinical lesions, to improve the early diagnosis rate and determine whether the disease is active in a great help, but MRI Diagnostic MS should pay attention to the choice of pulse.
