[目的]研究表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)和p27kip1在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义。[方法]采用免疫组化SP法检测60例人脑胶质瘤中EGFR、p27kip1的表达,分析两者相关性及其与人脑胶质瘤病理分级的关系。[结果]EGFR在Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级人脑胶质瘤中阳性表达率分别为52.38%、60.87%和87.50%,随人脑胶质瘤级别增加EGFR表达率升高(P<0.05);p27kip1在Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级人脑胶质瘤中阳性表达率分别为57.14%、26.09%和12.50%。随人脑胶质瘤级别增加p27kip1表达率下降(P<0.05);两者表达呈负相关(rs=-0.616,P<0.05)。[结论]EGFR表达强度随人脑胶质瘤级别的升高而增加,而p27kip1表达随人脑胶质瘤级别的升高而降低,两者在胶质瘤的浸润、迁移和肿瘤抑制中可能有相互调节作用。
[Objective] To study the expression and significance of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and p27kip1 in human glioma. [Method] The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of EGFR and p27kip1 in 60 human gliomas. The correlation between the expression of EGFR and p27kip1 was analyzed and their relationship with the pathological grading of human glioma was analyzed. [Results] The positive rates of EGFR expression in grade Ⅱ, grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ human gliomas were 52.38%, 60.87% and 87.50%, respectively. The expression of EGFR increased with the increase of glioma grade (P <0.05) ). The positive rates of p27kip1 in grade Ⅱ, grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ gliomas were 57.14%, 26.09% and 12.50%, respectively. The expression of p27kip1 decreased with the increase of human glioma grade (P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between the two expression levels (rs = -0.616, P <0.05). [Conclusion] The expression of EGFR increased with the increase of glioma grade, while the expression of p27kip1 decreased with the increase of grade of human glioma. Both of them may play an important role in the invasion, migration and tumor suppression of glioma Have a role in mutual adjustment.
