再一次学习《中学教师专业标准》,从中得到很多……学生为本,师德为先,能力为重,终身学习,早已不是新鲜的词汇,可真正做起来却很不容易。学高为师,身正为范,也常常在耳边回响。我是老师,我学高吗?我身正吗?我真正做到尊重每一位学生了吗?我的课堂真正做到面向每一位学生了吗?每每夜深人静时,我总会这样问自己。我很想做到尊重每一位学生,很想使自己的课堂面向每一位学生,很想让每个孩子每节课都有新的收获。可理想与现实总是不相吻合。以前总是搞不明白,自己花费很多精力,精心准备的课,孩子们为什么不喜欢?自己要求的作业并不多,为什么总有学生完不成?不想在课堂上批评 Once again learning “professional standards for secondary school teachers,” from which a lot of ... ... students-oriented, morality first, ability is heavy, lifelong learning, long ago is not a new vocabulary, but really it is not easy to do. Every night in the deep, I always ask myself . I really want to be respectful to every student and I really want to make my class for every student. I really want to make every child have a new lesson in every class. Ideal and reality do not always match. I always do not understand, I spent a lot of energy, well-prepared class, the children do not like why? Homework is not much, why there are always students fail? Do not want to criticize in the classroom
