本文对碳锰系 V-N 钢中15MnVN 钢种的冷成型、焊接、焊后消除残余应力热处理等性能进行了全面系统地探讨;并对应用该钢种制作储气受压球形容器的可靠性进行了分析。通过试验,探明了冷成型加工、焊接和热处理工艺过程中对该钢种和焊接接头的力学性能、金相组织等方面影响;判明了有关性能变化时,对球罐制作、使用的影响程度,并提出了避免脆化,提高使用安全性的措施。
In this paper, the properties of 15MnVN VN steel in cold-forming, welding and post-weld residual stress heat treatment were comprehensively and systematically discussed. The reliability of using this kind of steel to produce gas pressure bearing spherical vessel analysis. Through the test, the influence of the cold forming process, the welding process and the heat treatment process on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the steel type and welded joint has been proved. The influence of the performance change on the production and use of the spherical tank , And proposed to avoid embrittlement, improve the safety of the measures.
