目前斑块稳定性的评估已成为影像学研究的热点之一,普遍认为缺血性脑卒中与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块关系密切。在防治急性脑血管事件中,监测和评价斑块的形态学变化比管腔的狭窄程度具有更高的临床价值。当前,一些无创性的影像学手段已经展现在显示斑块内成分、鉴别易损斑块等方面的潜力。本文综述超声、多排螺旋CT、MR、核医学等无创性的影像学技术在评价颈动脉斑块方面的研究进展。
At present, the assessment of plaque stability has become one of the hot spots in imaging research. It is generally accepted that ischemic stroke is closely related to carotid atherosclerotic plaque. In the prevention and treatment of acute cerebrovascular events, the monitoring and evaluation of the morphological changes of plaques have a higher clinical value than the degree of stenosis. At present, some noninvasive methods of imaging have demonstrated the potential of displaying plaque components and identifying vulnerable plaque. This review summarizes the progress of noninvasive imaging techniques such as ultrasound, multi-slice spiral CT, MR, nuclear medicine in the evaluation of carotid plaques.
