为贯彻国家有关电磁兼容标准，减少电磁干扰所造成的危害，国家质量技术监督局决定对相关产品开展电磁兼容认证，授权中国计量科学研究院（电磁兼室认证委员会筹建机构）组织有关部门和行业协会以及标准‘检测等万面的专家研究起草了《电磁兼容认证管理办法》，现予发布施行。
