目的探讨表面增强激光解析离子化飞行时间质谱技术(SELD I-TOF-MS技术)对胸腔积液鉴别诊断的价值。方法用SELD I-TOF-MS技术检测33例诊断明确的胸水标本及部分相应血清标本。结果良恶性胸腔积液组血清标本蛋白信号无明显差别,但胸液标本有6个蛋白信号有差异;胸液中存在的M3945.52 Da、M8944.86 Da蛋白差异对渗出性胸液的良恶性判断有鉴别价值;漏出性胸液及其相应血清标本蛋白含量和成分差异较大,无分析价值。结论SELD I-TOF-MS技术对渗出性胸腔积液的良恶性鉴别有实用前景。
Objective To investigate the value of surface enhanced laser desorption / ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (SELD I-TOF-MS) in the differential diagnosis of pleural effusion. Methods SELDI-TOF-MS was used to detect 33 cases of well-defined pleural effusion specimens and some corresponding serum specimens. Results No significant difference was found in the serum protein of benign and malignant pleural effusion, but there were 6 protein signals in pleural effusion. The difference of M3945.52 Da and M8944.86 Da protein in pleural effusion had no effect on exudative pleural effusion Benign and malignant judgments have differential value; Leakage of pleural fluid and its corresponding serum samples of protein content and composition of the larger differences, no analytical value. Conclusion SELD I-TOF-MS technology has good practical value in the differential diagnosis of exudative pleural effusion.
