论述了阀门由传统的铸造阀门改为焊接阀门后,根据产品结构特点,设计研制了三台数控自动焊接机床.在焊接工艺试验研究基础上,实现了联结体的环缝、阀体与间杆座的马鞍形焊缝、联接体与间体的环角焊缝的数控MAG焊接.产品经检验,完全满足使用性能要求.
Discussed the valve from the traditional casting valve to welding valve, according to the characteristics of product structure, design and development of three CNC automatic welding machine. Based on the experimental study of welding process, numerical control MAG welding of the annular seam of the connecting body, the saddle-shaped weld of the valve body and the rod seat, and the fillet weld of the connecting body and the intermediate body is realized. Products tested to fully meet the performance requirements.
