近年来,霉菌及其毒素与肿瘤的关系日益受关注,互隔交链孢霉是从林县粮食中分离的,对粮食的污染程度,高发区与低发区差异显著。用该霉菌发霉食物喂大鼠,诱发了前胃和食管乳头状瘤及前胃癌。人们认为化学致癌物的致癌过程与自由基有关。而谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPX)则是清除自由基的酶类之一。
In recent years, the relationship between molds and their toxins and tumors has attracted increasing attention.
