ＺＹＹ３４１ —１１４ＧＸ 高压注水封隔器主要由坐封、解封、洗井、密封和锁紧等部分组成。采用液压坐封和下放解封方式， 设计了反洗活塞自动复位装置， 解决了反洗通道关闭不严的问题。反洗井活塞与外中心管之间的软密封克服了硬密封易夹砂、渗漏和刺坏的缺点。封隔元件肩部保护结构和定位大锁块的采用， 提高了封隔器的密封、坐封和解封性能。现场试验证明该型封隔器坐封和解封灵活， 承受压差大， 密封效果好， 能够满足高压分注和卡漏等工艺要求。
ZYY341 -114GX high pressure water packer is mainly composed of setting, unsealing, well washing, sealing and locking. Using hydraulic setting and unwinding method, a backwashing piston automatic resetting device is designed to solve the problem of lax closing of backwashing channel. The soft seal between the backwashing well and the outer center tube overcame the shortcomings of hard seals that are susceptible to sand inclusion, leakage and piercing. The use of the shoulder guard structure of the packing element and the positioning of the large locking block improves the sealing, setting and unwinding performance of the packer. The field test proves that the packer can be set and unsealed flexibly, with large pressure drop and good sealing effect, which can meet the technical requirements of high pressure dispensing and card leakage.
