目的:分析全数字化乳腺X线摄影对女性早期乳腺癌的诊断意义.方法:选取186例经手术后病理诊断的早期乳腺病变患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析所有患者的全数字化乳腺X线摄影结果;对比早期乳腺良、恶性病变患者的X线异常征象差异性,分析女性早期乳腺癌的钙化特征与早期乳腺癌病理的相关性.结果:全数字化乳腺X线摄影对女性早期乳腺癌的诊断的准确度为93.5%、敏感度为94.2%、特异度为93.6%;早期乳腺良、恶性病变患者的X线异常征象具有显著差异性(P<0.05);乳腺钙化的形状、边缘、大小、密度、数量、分布及伴发其它X线异常征象与早期乳腺癌病理密切相关(P<0.05),有利于鉴别诊断早期乳腺良、恶性病变.结论:全数字化乳腺X线摄影在女性早期乳腺癌诊断中具有很高的价值,早期乳腺癌钙化特征与病理呈相关性,结合其它X线异常征象,有利于提高对早期乳腺癌诊断的准确度、敏感度及特异度.“,”Objective Analysis of fully digital breast X-ray photography significance to the diagnosis of early breast cancer women. Methods Select 186 cases through early postoperative pathological diagnosis of breast lesions in patients as the research object, all patients were retrospectively analyzed results of fully digital breast X-ray photography compared to benign and malignant breast lesions in patients with early X-ray abnormal signs, analysis calcification features of early breast cancer women with early breast cancer pathologic correlation.Results Fully digital breast X-ray photography, the accuracy of the diagnosis of early breast cancer in women was 93.5%, sensitivity was 94.2%, 93.6%; Benign and malignant breast lesions in patients with early X-ray abnormal signs has significant difference (P<0.05); The shape of the breast calcify, edge, size, density, quantity, distribution and other X-ray with abnormal signs are closely associated with early breast cancer pathology (P<0.05), which is beneficial to early differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.Conclusion Fully digital breast X-ray photography has high value in diagnosis of early breast cancer in women, early breast cancer calcification features with pathological correlation, in combination with other abnormal X-ray signs, to improve accuracy of early breast cancer diagnosis, sensitive and specific degrees.
