目的探讨碘普罗胺脂质体增强CT对早期肝癌显示能力。方法建立二乙基亚硝胺诱导的大鼠肝癌模型;观察平扫及静注碘普罗胺脂质体后大鼠癌灶的影像特征,然后与病理检查进行对照。结果5只大鼠肝癌模型共有21个癌结。癌结在平扫呈不均匀低密度;增强后在明显强化的肝实质衬托下呈境界清楚的低密度灶,癌灶检出率为667%(16/21),最小能显示2mm左右病灶。结论碘普罗胺脂质体增强CT对提高肝微小病灶的检出水平有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the ability of iopromide liposome-enhanced CT in the early detection of liver cancer. Methods A rat model of hepatocellular carcinoma induced by diethylnitrosamine was established. The imaging features of the rat foci after plain and intravenous injection of iopromide liposome were observed, and then compared with pathological examination. Results There were 21 cancer nodes in the 5 rat hepatoma models. The cancerous nodes showed uneven low density on the plain scan; after the enhancement, the lesions showed clear low-density lesions under the background of markedly enhanced liver parenchyma, and the detection rate of cancerous lesions was 66.7% (16/21). The minimum value was approximately 2mm. Lesions. Conclusion Iopromide liposome-enhanced CT is of great value in improving the detection of microscopic lesions of the liver.
