目的了解郑州市某液压气动公司工作场所职业病危害因素状况,评估其对劳动者健康影响。方法按照国家有关规定进行采样、检测和对职工进行健康检查。结果清洗间暂存柜苯、甲苯、二甲苯短时间接触浓度(CSTEL)分别为13.9、111.1和161.7 mg/m3,超出国家标准;噪声:普通车床工、钢丝编织工、数控铣加工、数控铣工、数控车床工分别为86.5、85.9、88.1、89.9和105.6 d B(A),超出了国家要求;热处理工接触的真空退火炉、真空炉为高温作业。健康检查结果噪声和毒物查出目标疾病。结论该企业部分岗位职业病危害因素超标,对人体危害性大,应给予关注。
Objective To understand the status of occupational hazards in the workplace of a hydraulic pneumatic company in Zhengzhou and evaluate its impact on the health of laborers. Methods Sampling, testing and employee health check were conducted according to the relevant state regulations. Results The concentrations of benzene, toluene and xylene were 13.9, 111.1 and 161.7 mg / m3 respectively, which were beyond the national standard. Noise: ordinary lathe, wire braid, CNC milling, CNC milling , CNC lathe workers were 86.5,85.9,88.1,89.9 and 105.6 d B (A), exceeding the national requirements; heat treatment workers contact vacuum annealing furnace, vacuum furnace for high temperature operation. Health Check Results Noise and Poison Target Disease Detected. Conclusion Some of the occupational hazards in this enterprise exceed the standard, which are harmful to the human body and should be given attention.
