目的:观察糖皮质激素受体在鼻息肉组织中的分布、表达,探讨糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉的合理性及机理。方法:利用免疫组化染色以及逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR反应)检测13例鼻息肉病、22例一般鼻息肉及23例正常下鼻甲组织的糖皮质激素受体。结果:糖皮质激素受体主要分布于鼻息肉表面上皮粘膜、粘膜下腺体、血管内皮细胞以及炎症细胞的胞浆与脆核内。糖皮质激素受体在鼻息肉病组、一般鼻息肉组与下鼻甲组中的表达无显著差异。结论:糖皮质激素受体通过与糠皮质激素受体相结合而发挥抗炎作用,糖皮质激素受体在鼻息肉病与一般鼻息肉组中的一致性表达提示糠皮质激素是治疗鼻息肉病及鼻息肉的一种可靠方法。
Objective: To observe the distribution and expression of glucocorticoid receptor in nasal polyps and to explore the rationality and mechanism of glucocorticoid in the treatment of nasal polyps. Methods: The expression of glucocorticoid receptor in 13 cases of nasal polyposis, 22 cases of general polyps and 23 cases of normal inferior turbinate tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: Glucocorticoid receptor mainly distributed in the epithelial mucosa, submucosal glands, vascular endothelial cells and the cytoplasm and brittle nucleus of inflammatory cells in nasal polyps. Glucocorticoid receptor expression in the group of nasal polyps, general nasal polyps and inferior turbinate group in the expression was no significant difference. CONCLUSIONS: Glucocorticoid receptors exert an anti-inflammatory effect by binding to the glucocorticoid receptor and the consistent expression of the glucocorticoid receptor in nasal polyposis and normal nasal polyps suggests that pullulan is useful in the treatment of nasal polyposis And a reliable method of nasal polyps.
