目的在尘肺病筛查中,对放射科常规DR-PACS-RIS工作流程做出优化,使之适合受检者批量集中、尘肺病诊断需详尽职业史资料的特殊要求,提高拍摄效率、降低成本。方法在RIS系统中修改、添加受检者职业史信息的数据字段;调整DR与RIS的数据契合度;增加放射科工作站;同一受检者由两名放射科医师共同诊断;按需打印胶片。结果受检者等待时间缩短,DR胸片诊断及时,降低误、漏诊概率,按需打印胶片降低成本。结论在尘肺病筛查中,对放射科常规DR-PACS-RIS工作流程优化,有利于提高拍摄效率、降低成本。
Objective To optimize the routine DR-PACS-RIS workflow of pneumoconiosis in pneumoconiosis screening so as to make it suitable for the batch concentration of subjects and the special requirements of occupational history data for the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis so as to improve the shooting efficiency and reduce the cost . Methods The data fields of occupational history information of subjects were modified and added in the RIS system. The data consistency between DR and RIS was adjusted. The radiology workstation was added. The same subject was diagnosed jointly by two radiologists. The film was printed on demand. Results Subjects waiting time shortened, DR chest film diagnosis timely, reduce errors, missed diagnosis probability, print film on demand to reduce costs. Conclusion In the screening of pneumoconiosis, the optimization of routine DR-PACS-RIS workflow in radiology is helpful to improve the shooting efficiency and reduce the cost.
