[目的]探讨大肠癌组织E2F-1和P27表达的意义。[方法]用免疫组化SP法检测78例大肠癌、20例正常大肠黏膜、30例大肠腺瘤E2F-1和P27的表达情况,并分析二者在大肠癌发生中的相关性。[结果]E2F-1表达阳性率在大肠癌(55.13%)显著高于正常大肠黏膜(0%)及大肠腺瘤(6.67%)(P<0.05);E2F-1表达与大肠癌的病理分级、淋巴结转移和临床分期相关(P<0.05)。P27在正常大肠黏膜的阳性率(100%)显著高于大肠腺瘤(53.33%)和大肠癌(15.38%)(P<0.05)。P27表达与大肠癌的病理分级、淋巴结转移和临床分期相关(P<0.05)。大肠癌中E2F-1与P27表达呈负相关(r=-0.393,P<0.01)。[结论]E2F-1和P27表达与大肠癌发生关系密切,可作为大肠癌发生、发展的生物学标记物。
[Objective] To investigate the significance of E2F-1 and P27 expression in colorectal cancer. [Methods] The expression of E2F-1 and P27 in 78 cases of colorectal cancer, 20 cases of normal colorectal mucosa and 30 cases of colorectal adenoma was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The correlation between E2F-1 and P27 in colorectal cancer was analyzed. [Results] The positive rate of E2F-1 expression in colorectal cancer (55.13%) was significantly higher than that in normal colorectal mucosa (0%) and colorectal adenoma (6.67%) (P <0.05) , Lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P <0.05). The positive rate of P27 in normal colorectal mucosa (100%) was significantly higher than that of colorectal adenoma (53.33%) and colorectal carcinoma (15.38%) (P <0.05). P27 expression was correlated with pathological grade, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage in colorectal cancer (P <0.05). The expression of E2F-1 and P27 in colorectal cancer was negatively correlated (r = -0.393, P <0.01). [Conclusion] The expressions of E2F-1 and P27 are closely related to the occurrence of colorectal cancer, which can be used as biomarkers for the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.
