以含磷增塑剂(ZP)为反应介质,通过三聚氰胺磷酸盐(MP)与季戊四醇(PER)反应合成了单分子型膨胀阻燃剂三聚氰胺磷酸季戊四醇酯(b-MAP),以及阻燃聚丙烯。采用热重分析(TG)、扫描电镜(SEM)研究了b-MAP阻燃PP的热失重行为、残炭形貌、阻燃剂分散状态等。结果表明:所制备的阻燃聚丙烯燃烧过程中可形成连续、致密的膨胀炭层,阻燃性能和力学性能良好。
The monolayer dilatant flame retardant melamine pentaerythritol phosphate (b-MAP) was synthesized by the reaction of melamine phosphate (MP) and pentaerythritol (PP) with phosphorus-containing plasticizer (ZP) . Thermal gravimetric analysis (TG) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to investigate the thermal-gravimetric behavior, the morphology of residual carbon and the dispersion of flame retardant of b-MAP flame retardant PP. The results show that the flame retardant and the mechanical properties of the flame retardant polypropylene can be improved by the continuous and dense expanded carbon layer during the combustion process.
