在生产和科研中,平衡试验是个不可缺少的重要环节。一个经过平衡后的回转件,可明显地降低振动和噪声,从而大大地延长了整个系统的使用寿命。动平衡实验是为机械原理课程而开设的必修实验课,要求同学们通过该实验,加深理解和掌握动平衡的概念。我校早在五十年代就开出了动平衡的实验课,当时的实验装置很简陋,由手工操作,实验数据极其粗糙。七十年代后,逐渐以工业动平衡机代替原来的试验设备,虽然实用性较强,但设备价格较贵,操作也较复杂,因此通常都由教师协同调试,实验效果较差。随着教学改革的发展,采用新颖、简便、准确的实验方法,是提高实验质量的重要手段。为此,我们研制了一个单支点动平衡微机数据采集系统,初步实现了检测过程的自动化,使实验取得了良好的效果,
