用荧光光谱、紫外可见吸收光谱、原子力显微镜表征了在55℃的条件下分别溶解12min、30min、80min的聚辛基芴甲苯溶液通过旋涂法制备的薄膜。结果表明用溶解时间较短的条件制备的薄膜内有平均尺寸约为120nm×80nm的凝胶团,这使荧光光谱呈现部分β相发光。当溶解时间增长后薄膜完全呈现非晶相发光,薄膜内部凝胶团消失。而用溶剂熏蒸处理或加热退火处理后薄膜中凝胶团的结构依旧存在,且含有残留凝胶团的薄膜对应的荧光较弱。这些结果说明溶液中的残留凝胶对薄膜的发光性能有负面的影响。
The films prepared by spin-coating method were characterized by fluorescence spectroscopy, UV-vis absorption spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy. The polycaprolactone solution was dissolved in toluene at 55 ℃ for 12min, 30min and 80min, respectively. The results showed that the gel films with the average size of about 120nm × 80nm were prepared in the film with shorter dissolution time, which made the fluorescence spectrum show partial β phase luminescence. When the dissolution time increases, the film completely shows the amorphous phase and the gel group disappears inside the film. However, the structure of the gel clusters in the film still exists after the fumigation treatment or the heating annealing treatment with the solvent, and the fluorescence corresponding to the film containing the remaining gel clusters is weak. These results indicate that the residual gel in solution has a negative impact on the luminescent properties of the films.
