现场微格式教研是教研组成员和任课教师合作,用微格教学的理论,有目的地对课堂教学过程中的每一个环节进行理性的观察和面对面的分析讨论,并提出改进策略,以诊断指导教师的教学行为。现场微格式教研实践活动一般包括文本细读、微格磨课、总结反思三个步骤。文本细读让教师对课文有深入、全面、透彻的把握,是让教师的语文素养得到提升和锻造;现场微格式磨课让教师由个人奋斗转换为团队合作,在这个平台上相互探讨切磋、交流分享、互助互进;反思总结帮助教师总结教学的得失与成败,提升自我发展能力,逐步完善教学艺术。现场微格式校本教研,是教师专业成长的成功“训练营”。
