对萤火一号(YH-1)火星探测器姿态控制分系统中石英微电磁系统(MEMS)陀螺的应用进行了研究。对MEMS陀螺进行了温漂标定试验和年漂测试专项试验。根据试验结果对MEMS陀螺进行建模,用高低温零位在轨标定算法对MEMS陀螺零位进行一次修正,再用星敏感器和陀螺联合定姿算法对高低温零位标定残差进行二次在轨修正。数学仿真结果表明:高低温在轨修正算法和卡尔曼滤波算法有效,提高了石英MEMS陀螺的测量精度。
The application of Quartz Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) gyroscope in Fire Haven-1 (YH-1) Mars Detector Attitude Control Subsystem was studied. MEMS gyroscope temperature drift calibration test and annual drift test special test. According to the experimental results, the MEMS gyroscope is modeled, the zero calibration algorithm is used to calibrate the zero position of the MEMS gyroscope, and then the satellite sensor and gyroscope combined attitude determination algorithm are used to calibrate the residuals Orbit correction. Mathematical simulation results show that the in-orbit correction algorithm and the Kalman filter algorithm are effective and improve the measurement accuracy of quartz MEMS gyro.
