我们公司在各项工程的建设中,都坚持把质量管理当作企业的命根子来抓,并着重抓好以下几项工作:一、在强化全员质量意识教育的基础上,健全质检网络和完善质检规程,配备专、兼职质检人员分工负责。二、严把进货关。供应和质检部门对采购来的设备、配件、构件等,认真进行复核检查,没有合格证或材质证明书的产品决不购进,对进厂的材料,发现达不到质量标准的,一概拒收货、拒付款。三、加强质量管理。①注重质量教育,建立队长、专工、班长、技术人员质量责任制;②重要岗位实行挂牌制,要求所安装的各种设备做到防止泄漏,外观横平竖直,工艺美观;③凡工程质量有问题者,质检员、队长、专工有权责成其返工、停工或罚款;④和上级部门合作抓好质量联检,和公司本部质检科配合抓质量。
