为确定ICP-AES法测定油田采出水中Ca,Mg元素的影响因素以及消除方法,研究了不同浓度阳离子和油含量对Ca,Mg元素测定的影响。采用湿式消解法处理油田采出水对油进行消解,并通过测定电导率选择合适的基体匹配系列测定样品。Ca,Mg元素的检出限分别为0.01和0.002 mg/L,Na+,K+的存在测定结有较大影响,而在油田采出水油含量变化范围内,稀释后油含量对测定结果影响较小。通过基体匹配系列能降低Na+,K+的干扰,湿式消解法可消除油对测定的影响;方法的加标回收率在98%~102%之间,RSD在0.5%~2.1%之间,ICP-AES法与滴定法测定值进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),说明所建立的方法是一种适合油田采出水中Ca,M g元素定量测定的方法。
In order to determine the influencing factors and eliminating methods of Ca and Mg elements in the produced water by ICP-AES, the effects of different concentrations of cations and oil on the determination of Ca and Mg were studied. The wet digestion method was used to treat the produced water in the oil field to digest the oil. The sample was determined by measuring the conductivity and selecting a suitable matrix matching series. The detection limits of Ca and Mg were 0.01 and 0.002 mg / L, respectively, and the presence of Na + and K + had a significant effect. However, within the range of oil-water content, the oil content after dilution had little effect on the determination results . The matrix match series can reduce the interference of Na + and K +. The wet digestion method can eliminate the influence of oil on the determination. The recoveries of the method are between 98% and 102%, RSD are between 0.5% and 2.1% AES method and titration method were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05), indicating that the established method is a suitable method for the quantitative determination of Ca and Mg in oilfield produced water.
