转行教数学已6个年头,担任数学教研组长业已3年,为了提高自身素质和教学教研水平,我订阅了不少业务刊物,茶余饭后拜读一番,受益匪浅。得益于学校领导重视师资力量的培养,于是常有机会外出学习,观摩名师课堂,聆听专家讲座,一心求教。在市县级优质课比赛中,我也屡获一等奖,撰写的业务论文也得到了不少肯定和鼓励。但反思自己的教学行为,不禁扪心自问:你已然成为一名合格的小学数学教师了吗?想想自己初教数学时,什么也不懂,只好回忆当年我的老师是 I have been teaching mathematics for six years.
