研究了预冷变形快速加热形变热处理工艺对10CrNiMn不锈钢的奥氏体晶粒度和机械性能的影响。结果表明,该钢经69.1%预冷变形、快速加热到800~1000℃固溶处理后.钢的奥氏体晶粒可细化到10级以上,抗拉强度σb>850MPa,延伸率δ>30%。
The effects of preheating deformation rapid heating deformation heat treatment on the austenite grain size and mechanical properties of 10CrNiMn stainless steel were studied. The results show that the steel is pre-cooled at 69.1% and rapidly heated to 800-1000 ° C after solution treatment.
