介绍了试验模态辨识技术Polymax法的原理,应用在某款车型的白车身与内饰车身的试验模态辨识中,详细比较了白车身与内饰车身的模态试验中试验模型建立、参数设置、激励力PSD、互易性和相干函数等方面的异同,辨识结果说明了内饰对车身模态参数的影响,并进行了车身动态特性评价,为车辆NVH性能控制提供依据。
The principle of Polymax method is introduced in this paper. It is applied in the experimental modal identification of the bodywork and the bodywork of a car with a white body and an interior body, and the experimental model is established in detail. The recognition results show the influence of the interior on the modal parameters of the vehicle body, and the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle body are evaluated to provide basis for the vehicle NVH performance control.
