本文针对当前国内建筑“设计一建造”过程相分离与低效运行的现状,重新审视建筑系统内“设计一建造”关联机制与操作方式,在概念层面强调设计与建造逻辑的对接;在操作层面,运用协同设计、集成制造相关理论方法,使设计与建造交互促进并简化整体系统的运行流程。本文最后将模块化操作作为策略引入,综合上述论证构建“设计一建造”一体化模块,促进“设计一建造”系统向更高层级递进。
In the light of the current situation of phase separation and inefficient operation of domestic construction, “Designing a Construction”, this paper re-examines the “Designing a Construction” association mechanism and mode of operation in the construction system, emphasizing the docking of design and construction logic at the conceptual level At the operational level, collaborative design and integrated manufacturing-related theoretical methods are used to make design and construction interactive to promote and simplify the overall system operation flow. In the end, this paper introduces the modular operation as a strategy. Based on the above arguments, we can construct an integrated module of “design and build” to promote the “design and build” system to a higher level.
