ZTL/1000型连续流量法煤巷突出预测装置,是一种预测煤巷掘进工作面突出危险性的“线预测”装置,能够真实地反映煤巷工作面前方的突出危险性。连续流量法煤巷突出预测过程中通过测定钻孔外钻杆的钻进距离从而测定钻孔中钻头的位置,原有的测定装置中使用拉线式位移传感器进行钻进距离的测定,但在使用中出现易卡线、回弹力度大、使用操作不方便等问题,导致打钻过程中钻头位置确定不准确,从而影响煤巷突出预测结果。为克服这一缺点,对钻头位置测定技术进行了重新实验研究。
ZTL / 1000 Continuous Flow Coal Roadway Outburst Prediction Device is a “line prediction” device to predict the outburst danger of coal road heading face, which can truly reflect the prominent danger in front of coal seam working face. However, In the emergence of easy card line, the rebound force, the use of inconvenient operation and other issues, leading to drill bit in the process of determining the location of inaccurate, thus affecting the prediction of the outcome of the coal lane. In order to overcome this shortcoming, the bit position measurement technique was re-experimental study.
