本文在对齿轮胎模失效分析的基础上,提出了一种5CrMnMo钢强韧化热处理新工艺。处理后胎模的脆断抗力和热疲劳抗力显著改善,平均使用寿命提高到原来的2.5倍。
Based on the failure analysis of gear die, this paper presents a new technology of toughening and heat treatment of 5CrMnMo steel. Treated tire mold brittle breaking resistance and thermal fatigue resistance significantly improved, the average life expectancy increased to 2.5 times the original.
