受国民经济高速发展的推动,我国的煤矿企业迎来跨越式大发展阶段。在中华民族实现伟大复兴、实现中国梦的进程中,煤矿企业(以下简称“煤企”)改革发展的步伐同样在不断加快。在企业发生深刻变化的同时,员工的思想异常活跃,新的问题也不断出现,煤企思想政治工作面临的形势更加复杂,工作任务更加繁重、更加艰巨。鉴于这种情形,煤企思想政治工作必须在内容、形式、方法等各个方面不断求变、求新,这是有效确保煤企可持续、稳定、健康发展的必要前提。 Driven by the rapid development of the national economy, China’s coal mining enterprises usher in a great leapfrog stage of development. The situation facing coal-based ideological and political work is more complicated and its tasks are more arduous and arduous.
