本文详尽地叙述了柴油机气体动力学、燃烧、传热、增压,以及零部件应力和使用寿命等预测技术的发展;总的说来,这种预测是应用各种数学模型进行设计先期分析的逻辑积累并由试验来验证。文章提供并讨论了如何立足于各种数理预测模型以设计参数为指标来评定柴油机的运转特性。数理预测模型不仅能在一种新型柴油机的设计研制阶段分析澄清问题,还可为实际生产提供可行的解决方案。
This paper describes exhaustively the development of predictive techniques for gas engine dynamics, combustion, heat transfer, pressurization, and stress and life of components; in general, this prediction is based on a variety of mathematical models for pre-design analysis The logic is accumulated and validated experimentally. The paper provides and discusses how to evaluate the operating characteristics of a diesel engine based on various mathematical prediction models using design parameters as indicators. Mathematical prediction model can not only clarify the problem in the design and development of a new type of diesel engine, but also provide feasible solutions for practical production.
