I remember in the 90s of last century, people talk about the industry in Shandong must say that appliances, and the representative of the appliance industry is undoubtedly the name of the three appliances in Qingdao. During the rapid transformation of Shandong’s industrial industry, the rise of the three major brands not only brought great honors to Qingdao and Shandong, but also had a significant impact on many aspects of the thinking and mode of industrial restructuring in Shandong. Whether it is copied Ye Hao, cloning worth mentioning, Yantai, Weihai, Jinan, Zibo city appliance electronics industry, have all been rapid development. However, standing at the forefront of China’s market-based appliance electronics industry, not entirely in accordance with the will of Shandong people’s development. In recent years, in particular, the two delta and even Beijing-Tianjin regions that are thinking ahead, accepting faster and have a stronger sense of openness are rapidly emerging in the fields of policies, systems, markets, and personnel, Cluster, cluster development mode and the trend of rapid growth have forced Shandong to recognize backwardness and feel uneasy. In a study entitled “Competitiveness of Electronic Information Industry in Guangdong Province”, the reporter saw that Guangdong’s electronic information industry, with home appliances, communications and IT industries as its leader, completed a total output value of 619.6 billion yuan in 2002, accounting for 34.8% of the national total. In 2003, there were 24 Guangdong enterprises in the top 100 electronic information enterprises in the country, accounting for about one fifth of the total. Most of them were state-owned enterprises and private-owned enterprises that continued to grow and develop through restructuring and the introduction of domestic and foreign technologies and funds. Such as TCL, Konka, Huawei, ZTE and so on. In addition, Guangdong also owns a large number of large-scale foreign-funded enterprises.
