随着科技及社会的发展和进步,家电类数字化电子终端层出不穷,急切需要高质量、宽频的高速传输线来实现数据的高速传输。与HDMI1.3规范相配套的新一代迷你高清晰度高传输数据线(Mini High Definition Multimedia Interface Electronic Cable,简称Mini HDMI)是首个符合也是唯一的由消费电子产业支持的、无压缩全数字音频/视频接口HDMI规范的高清宽频信号传输线,具有巨大的市场潜力。然而,目前Mini HDMI在国内民营企业中尚属空白,因此有必要对其进行研发与制造。基于HDMI1.3规范,对HDMI传输线的传输模型进行了相应的理论分析与建模,主要包括:(1)在信号传输理论方面,采用分布参数电路理论建立传输线的传输模型;(2)在工艺流程方面,研制HDMI传输线并成型,分析工艺对传输线性能的影响;(3)基于上述两点的分析结果,设计降低传输阻抗及传输时延的方法。
With the development of science and technology and social progress, digital home appliances electronic terminal after another, the urgent need for high-quality, broadband high-speed transmission line to achieve high-speed data transmission. A new generation of Mini High Definition Multimedia Interface Electronic Cable (Mini HDMI) compliant with the HDMI 1.3 specification is the first and only consumer-supported non-compressed, all-digital audio / Video Interface HDMI specification of high-definition broadband signal transmission line, has great market potential. However, at present Mini HDMI is still blank in domestic private enterprises, so it is necessary to carry out R & D and manufacturing. Based on the HDMI1.3 specification, the transmission model of the HDMI transmission line is analyzed and modeled. The main contents are as follows: (1) In the theory of signal transmission, the transmission model of the transmission line is established based on the distributed parameter circuit theory; (2) In terms of processes, the HDMI transmission line is developed and shaped to analyze the influence of the process on the transmission line performance. (3) Based on the analysis results of the above two points, a method of reducing the transmission impedance and the transmission delay is designed.
