沁河河口村水库工程位于黄河一级支流沁河最后一段峡谷出口处,地处河南省济源市克井乡,坝址控制流域面积9223km~2。总库容为3.468亿m~3,兴利库容为2.6亿m~3,工程建设任务以控制和管理洪水为主,兼顾供水、灌溉、发电、改善生态等综合利用。枢纽由混凝土面板堆石坝、泄洪洞、溢洪道及引水发电系统组成。坝顶高程为288.5m,坝顶长465m,最大坝高156.5m(河床覆盖层以上110m)。溢洪道位于左坝肩以南五庙坡断层带的龟头山鞍形地带。溢洪道工程由引渠、闸室段、陡槽、挑流段等工程组成。通过溢洪道的设计,利用地形条件,减少了开挖工程量,降低了溢洪道开挖边坡,节约了工程投资,较好地解决了河口村水库工程的泄洪建筑物布置问题。
Qinhe Hekoucun Reservoir Project is located at the exit of the last section of Qinhe, a tributary of the Yellow River. It is located in Kejing Township, Jiyuan City, Henan Province. The dam drainage area is 9223km2. The total storage capacity is 346.8 million m 3, and the profit-making capacity is 260 million m 3. The project construction task is mainly to control and manage floods, taking into consideration the comprehensive utilization of water supply, irrigation, power generation and ecological improvement. The hub consists of concrete faced rockfill dam, spillway tunnel, spillway and diversion system. The crest elevation is 288.5m, the crest length is 465m, and the maximum dam height is 156.5m (110m above the river bed cover). The spillway is located in the Kameitoshan saddle zone of the Wupengpo fault zone south of the left abutment. The spillway project is composed of diversion canal, gate chamber section, steep groove and pick-up section. Through the design of spillways, the use of topographical conditions reduces the amount of excavation work, reduces the spillway excavation slope, saves the project investment and solves the layout of flood discharge buildings in Hekou Village Reservoir Project.
