瑞香狼毒水提物(ScL)对体外培养的小鼠白血病P_(388)细胞生长、集落形成和MTT甲化合物生成有显著抑制作用,并和剂量呈正相关。0.25~169·L~(-1)处理细胞24h,细胞生长抑制率为2.8~88.4%,MTT甲化合物生成抑制率为3.1~73.0%,处理细胞12h,P_(388)细胞软琼脂集落形成率减少0.9~70.9%。从瑞香狼毒中提出的狼毒素(Cha)对体外培养的小鼠白血病P_(388)细胞生长的抑制作用较ScL弱,0.25~50mg·L~(-1)处理细胞24h,细胞生长抑制率为1.6~32.8%;提示Cha不是ScL的主要抗肿瘤活性成分。
The aqueous extract of Stellera chamaejasme (ScL) significantly inhibited the growth, colony formation, and production of MTT compounds in mouse leukemia P_(388) cells in vitro, and was positively correlated with the dose. When cells were treated with 0.25-169·L-1 for 24 h, the cell growth inhibition rate was 2.8-88.4%, the inhibition rate of MTT-methylated compound was 3.1-73.0%, and the cells treated for 12 h, P 388 cell soft agar colony formation rate. Decrease from 0.9 to 70.9%. The inhibitory effect of Chaconotoxin (Cha) from Stellera chamaejasme on the growth of mouse leukemia P_(388) cells in vitro was weaker than that of ScL, and the cells were treated with 0.25~50 mg·L~(-1) for 24 h. It is 1.6-32.8%, suggesting that Cha is not the main antitumor active ingredient of ScL.
