介绍了汉水泉三号煤矿地层条件,结合行业标准及以往施工经验,设计了副井井筒地面预注浆技术方案。根据现场施工情况,总结了注浆压力、注浆量、吸水率等参数,分析了汉水泉三号煤矿副井中生代侏罗系地层注浆质量,论证了地面预注浆技术在汉水泉侏罗系地层中的可行性,为地面预注浆技术在西部中生代地层中的应用提供了参考。
This paper introduces the formation conditions of Hanshuiquan No. 3 coal mine, and based on the industry standards and previous construction experience, has designed the technical scheme of pre - grouting for the shaft of the auxiliary shaft. According to the construction conditions of the site, the parameters of grouting pressure, grouting volume and water absorption were summarized. The grouting quality of the Mesozoic Jurassic strata in the auxiliary shaft of Hanshuiquan No.3 coal mine was analyzed. The feasibility of the ground pre-grouting technology in the Jurassic Department of the feasibility of strata, ground for the pre-grouting technology in the Western Mesozoic strata of the application of reference.
