低温离子渗硫渗氧表面处理技术(LGM)可减少摩擦系数,提高耐磨性,通过对喷油泵零件及测量头、工装芯轴等零件的应用,大大提高了零件的寿命。通过对出油阀座的试验,开辟了一条用低价值材料替代高价值材料的途径。
Low temperature ion infiltration sulfur oxygen seepage surface treatment technology (LGM) can reduce the friction coefficient and improve the wear resistance, through the injection pump parts and measuring head, tooling mandrel and other parts of the application, greatly improving the life of the parts. By testing the valve seat, a way to replace high-value materials with low-value materials has been opened up.
