水电作为清洁、易于开发、具有多种效益的资源,在水利、能源、电力事业中都占有重要地位。水电是最重要的可再生能源,其中小水电不仅是可再生的,而且是“绿色”的。在能源危机不断加剧,可再生能源发展迫切需要之时,水电,特别是小水电迎来了新的发展机遇。文章主要阐述了民生、平安、绿色、和谐小水电的具体内涵、小水电的开发现状和优势、存在的障碍,最后提出了加强小水电开发的措施。
Hydropower as a clean, easy to develop, with many benefits of resources, in the water conservancy, energy, power industry occupies an important position. Hydropower is the most important renewable energy, of which small hydropower is not only renewable but also “green”. As the energy crisis intensifies and the development of renewable energy is urgently needed, hydropower, especially small hydropower, usher in new opportunities for development. The article mainly expounds the concrete connotation of livelihood, peace, green and harmonious small hydropower, the current situation and advantages of the development of small hydropower and the existing obstacles, and finally puts forward the measures to strengthen the development of small hydropower.
