目的:优选地乌总皂苷的提取工艺条件。方法:以总皂苷提取率为指标,通过单因素试验和Box-Behnken效应面法考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数、浸泡时间等因素对提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为加8.8倍量水浸泡90 min,煎煮提取2次,每次2.5 h。地乌总皂苷提取率11.23%。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定可行,数学模型的预测值与试验观察值相符。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Radix Saponins. Methods: The total saponin extraction rate as an indicator, through single factor test and Box-Behnken effect surface method to examine the effects of water addition, extraction time, extraction times, soaking time and other factors on the extraction process. Results: The best extraction process for 8.8 times the amount of water immersion 90 min, boiling extraction twice, each 2.5 h. Dioscorea total saponin extraction rate of 11.23%. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process is stable and feasible. The predicted value of the mathematical model is consistent with the experimental observation.
