输尿管镜治疗上尿路结石性梗阻的临床观察

目的探讨上尿路结石性梗阻的治疗方法。方法对42例50次输尿管结石应用输尿管镜直视下行气压弹道碎石治疗,并置入双J管内引流治疗的临床资料进行回顾性总结。结果42例患者50次手术后均很快出现肾盂积水和输尿管扩张消失结石排净率92.9%(39/42)。结论对输尿管结石嵌顿并发上尿路梗阻的患者,采用输尿管腔内手术治疗,采用碎石、取石,置入双J管内引流,可以立即解除输尿管梗阻,恢复排尿,改善肾功能。具有安全有效、损伤少的优点,能同时处理双侧输尿管内不同部位病变,可作为首选的方法。 Objective To investigate the treatment of upper urinary calculi obstruction. Methods Forty-two ureteral stones were treated with ureteroscopic direct descending pneumatic lithotripsy and double J catheter drainage was retrospectively reviewed. Results 42 cases of patients after 50 operations were quickly hydronephrosis and ureteral expansion disappeared 92.9% (39/42). Conclusions Ureteral calculi incarcerated in patients with upper urinary tract obstruction, the use of ureteral endovascular surgery, the use of gravel, stone, double J tube drainage, can immediately relieve ureteral obstruction, urination and improve renal function. With safe and effective, less damage the advantages of simultaneous treatment of bilateral ureter lesions in different parts can be used as the preferred method.
