教师考核是加强师资队伍建设,提高教育教学质量的重要环节,而教师考核又是我们工作中最感棘手的事。某些现成的考核教师的方案,指标细碎繁复,凭印象打分多,让事实数据说话少,且不甚符合我校实际,难以掌握与操作。但根据学校现状,制定客观公正的考核标准和采取可操作性强的步骤方法,我们又感到力不从心。正当这个时候,我参加了省教育行政干部培训中心的校长岗位培训班。在学习学校管理理论以及跟教员、学员的商讨切磋中,我时时留意教师考核的问题,听取多疗意见,经过认真思考和分析,逐步明确了考核的思路。

Some ready-made teacher assessment program, the index fragmented complex, with the impression of more scoring, so that less factual data to speak, and not very consistent with the actual school, it is difficult to grasp and operate. However, according to the status quo in schools, we have found ourselves unable to make objective and fair assessment standards and to adopt more practical steps. Just this time, I attended the provincial education administrative cadre training center principals job training classes. While studying school management theory and discussing with trainers and trainees, I always pay attention to the problems of teachers’ assessment, listen to more opinions, and after careful consideration and analysis, I gradually clarified the idea of assessment.
