经湿法消解制样,利用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定市场上常见的12种花粉中的20种无机元素。测定结果表明花粉中K、Ca、Mg等对人体有益的常量元素以及Zn、Fe、Mn、Cu等人体必需的微量元素含量十分丰富,且所有花粉中Zn含量高于Cu含量。荷花花粉(K、Mg)、茶花花粉(Mn、Zn)、松花粉(K、Fe、Mn)和蚕豆花粉(Ca、Fe、Zn)元素含量相对较高。而对人体有害的重金属元素Cd、Pb和Hg在花粉中的含量较低或未检出。花粉中Al含量较高,尤其是松花粉中。本测定结果为开发各种花粉资源提供一些理论依据。
The samples were digested with wet method and 20 inorganic elements from 12 kinds of pollen commonly found in the market were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP-AES). The results showed that the essential trace elements such as K, Ca and Mg which are beneficial to the human body as well as the essential trace elements such as Zn, Fe, Mn and Cu in the pollen are very rich, and the content of Zn in all the pollen is higher than that of Cu. K, Mg, Camellia pollen (Mn, Zn), pine pollen (K, Fe, Mn) and broad bean pollen (Ca, Fe, Zn) were relatively high. The heavy metals harmful to human body Cd, Pb and Hg in the pollen in the low or undetected. Pollen in the high content of Al, especially pine pollen. The results provide some theoretical basis for the development of various pollen resources.
