高职院校作为培养我国企业一些工作人员的重要高等教育机构,在人才培养体系中占据着重要的地位。但是由于一直以来高职院校对于学生的技能培训重视度较高,而对于思想教育相对轻视,特别是部分企业存在着业务至上的思想,导致当前校企联合模式下高职院校思想教育存在很多不足。本文正是基于当前校企联合模式下的高职院校思想政治教育问题及对策进行了简单的分析。 Higher vocational colleges, as important higher education institutions that train some staff members of enterprises in our country, occupy an important position in the personnel training system.
