借助开放式创新理论、组织学习理论和动态理论,探讨并厘清参与者惯例变更、贡献一致治理变量,在合作创新过程中的作用路径和治理效果。对368份来自67个参与合作创新的企业数据进行回归分析发现,组织间学习有助于群体效能构建并显著正向影响创新绩效;组织间学习与参与主体惯例变更交互作用正向影响群体效能和创新绩效;组织间学习、惯例变更以及贡献一致三维交互作用显著正向影响群体效能。惯例变更以及贡献一致变量扩展了合作创新治理机制内涵,为防范机会主义和跨组织协调提供一个崭新的视角,对组织间合作创新活动有一定的借鉴意义。
With the help of open innovation theory, organizational learning theory and dynamic theory, this paper explores and clarifies the change of participants’ practices, contributes to the consistent governance of variables, and their role in the process of cooperative innovation. A regression analysis of 368 corporate data from 67 participating cooperative innovations found that interorganizational learning contributes to the construction of group effectiveness and significantly positively affects innovation performance. The interaction between interorganizational learning and participatory change of subject practices positively affects group effectiveness and Innovative Performance; Interorganizational Learning, Change in Practices, and Consensus Three-dimensional interactions significantly positively affect group performance. Conventional changes and contribution to consistent variables expand the connotation of cooperative innovation governance mechanisms and provide a fresh perspective for preventing opportunism and cross-organizational coordination, which is of some reference to cooperative innovation activities among organizations.
