为了适应移动学习和碎片化学习需求,教师继续教育远程学习采用了以微课为核心的微型学习。研究采用问卷调查法,研究了基于微课的广州市中小学教师继续教育远程学习,从微课学习的结构设计、内容设计、评价设计等方面提出了相应的设计策略,以此优化与规范微课,激励学习者的学习积极性,促进培训效果的进一步改善。
In order to meet the needs of mobile learning and fragmented learning, teachers continue to teach distance learning using micro-class as the core of micro-learning. The research uses the questionnaire method to study the long-distance learning of continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers based on micro-class in Guangzhou, and presents the corresponding design strategies from the aspects of structural design, content design and evaluation design of micro-class learning so as to optimize and standardize micro Class, encourage learners to learn motivation, and promote the further improvement of the training effect.
