目的:优选苦参切制工艺,为中药饮片企业提供切实可行的指导方案。方法:以浸泡时间、闷润时间、切片厚度和干燥温度作为考察因素,苦参碱、槐定碱、氧化苦参碱及饮片外观为指标,通过正交试验优选苦参的最佳切制工艺。结果:优选的苦参最佳切制工艺为浸泡30min,闷润至透,切制厚度3mm,80℃干燥。结论:该法可作为苦参切制的可行方法。
Objective: To optimize the processing technology of Sophora flavescens and to provide practical guideline for Chinese herbal decoction pieces. Methods: The soaking time, stuffing time, slicing thickness and drying temperature were taken as the investigation factors. Matrine, sophoridine, oxymatrine and the appearance of the slices were used as indexes. The optimal cutting process of Sophora flavescens . Results: The best cutting process of Sophora flavescens is immersed for 30min, soaked to thoroughly, cut to a thickness of 3mm, dried at 80 ℃. Conclusion: This method can be used as a feasible method for the treatment of Sophora flavescens.
